Delivery and Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery times run from the date we receive both of the following:
- Confirmed full payment from Stripe.
- All required project information from you (website URL, niche details, target keywords, access credentials where relevant, and any specific instructions).
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed commitments. Delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including delayed client responses, incomplete project briefs, third-party platform outages, or force majeure events — will not constitute a breach of these Terms and will not entitle you to a refund.
If we anticipate a significant delay in delivery, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Delivery method
Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically as Google Docs links, Excel/Sheets files, or DOCX/PDF documents. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate and that delivery emails are not filtered to spam.
Revision Policy
Each order includes one round of revisions per deliverable, provided the revision request:
- Is submitted to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Relates to the scope and requirements agreed at the time of ordering.
- Does not constitute a change to the original brief, a new deliverable, or an expansion of scope.
Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through WhatsApp, with clear and specific feedback on what requires amendment.
Additional revision rounds, scope changes, or requests for new deliverables will be quoted separately and require a new order. We are not obligated to accept revision requests that substantially change the original brief.
Refunds and Cancellations
Our full Refund & Guarantee Policy is available at /refund-policy/. The following is a summary only:
- Before work commences: Full refund available upon written cancellation request to [email protected].
- Work in progress: A partial refund may be issued proportional to work not yet completed, at our reasonable discretion.
- After full delivery: No refund is issued for fully delivered and accepted work, except where the deliverable demonstrably falls outside the agreed scope and cannot be resolved through the revision process.
- 100% Money-Back Guarantee: Where a deliverable is confirmed to be outside agreed scope and cannot be corrected through revision, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver your order to the agreed specification, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information — website URL, niche details, target audience, tone of voice preferences, keyword data, and any other information we reasonably request.
- Respond promptly — reply to information requests within 5 business days. Delays in response may delay delivery; such delays are not attributable to us and will not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
- Provide lawful access — ensure you have the legal right to use and modify content on the website URL you provide for our work.
- Use deliverables lawfully — not use our deliverables in connection with illegal activities, spam, black-hat SEO practices, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Accept delivery by email — maintain an active, accurate email address and check for delivery confirmation within a reasonable time.
Failure to fulfil your responsibilities may affect delivery timelines and quality, for which we accept no liability.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full ownership of the deliverables produced specifically for your project, including topical maps, content briefs, and written articles.
Our retained rights
We retain:
- Ownership of our underlying methodology, processes, framework applications, and proprietary templates, which are derived in part from the Koray Tuğberk GÜBÜR topical authority framework.
- The right to reference your project in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless you have signed an NDA or formally requested confidentiality in writing.
- Ownership of any pre-existing materials incorporated into deliverables that were not created specifically for your project (e.g. example structures, schema templates).
Restrictions
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-licence our deliverables to third parties as standalone products without a white-label partnership agreement.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our content brief templates, topical map frameworks, or proprietary methodologies for commercial resale or competitive use.

Confidentiality and NDA
We treat all client project details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your website URL, niche, competitive strategy, or project details to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law.
If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please request one prior to project commencement by emailing [email protected]. We will provide a mutual NDA at no additional charge.
Without a signed NDA, we may reference your website as a portfolio example or case study to demonstrate our work. If you have a confidentiality requirement, please request an NDA before ordering.
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary processes, pricing information beyond what is publicly listed, and business information we share with you in the course of our engagement.
