Silver and Gold Partners receive priority queue placement, which typically reduces delivery by 1-3 business days.
Completely. Your pricing to your end clients is entirely your business decision. Our published prices are what you pay us as the white-label partner – you are free to mark up any amount you choose when presenting to your clients. Most agency partners mark up between 50% and 200% depending on their positioning, client size, and the value of the ongoing relationship.
Our mutual NDA covers: (1) confidentiality of the white-label working relationship – we do not disclose your use of our services to any third party including your end clients, (2) protection of client information you share with us for the purpose of delivering the work, and (3) confidentiality of our pricing as you receive it. The NDA is a standard mutual agreement, reviewed by our legal team. We send it for signature via DocuSign within 4 business hours of your partnership inquiry being approved.
After NDA signing you receive our order guide, which includes a brief template for each of the 8 services. Briefs are submitted via Google Form or WhatsApp depending on the service type. For complex projects (enterprise GEO campaigns, large technical SEO projects), we schedule a brief call via WhatsApp or Google Meet to ensure the scope is captured accurately before production begins.
